Gratuities allows you to accurately track a gratuity for each technician and your clients can spread the money with the same percentage or vary the percentage among staff members.
Client choice
It provides you with the option to put in a dollar amount the client requests for each technician or spread evenly. Your clients can choose to provide a gratuity for all services provided or just selected services. You can even add a staff member such as the shampoo assistant.
Management convenience
It is all integrated with Point of Sale and in 1-5 seconds the gratuity is captured and tracked. At the Point of Sale, simply touch the Gratuity button and select the client's choice for gratuity. You can distribute the tips daily out of the drawer or better still, write one check each to technicians for all gratuities on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
