When you call in a service request, you are immediately put into a queue where names are color coded according to the level of support required. SCI works on a first come, first serve basis, unless it's an emergency. In an emergency, you go straight to the top of the list and your name turns red.
Our Customer Support Database tracks every call, the nature of the call and the time of the call. The list of calls is monitored constantly and dispersed to the appropriate level of support. When the call is completed, a transaction is logged under the client's spa/salon name and the call history is maintained.
The database tracks whether you are on the support maintenance agreement or on a pay-as-you-go basis. Most of our clients are on maintenance agreements because they get at least one free upgrade per year for staying current.
Support activity is monitored by management to make sure the average return call is always within an acceptable time frame.
