At the front desk, the receptionist or retail consultant who is trained on the product lines closes the sale. Explaining which technician recommended the products and the features of the products that have been used so the client can maintain their beauty treatment at home makes this sale "a piece of cake". The front desk staff adds her name to the products under the incentive column and scans the products chosen. Nothing needs to be deleted from the ticket, just scanned and added. Incentives are calculated, split and reported on products chosen at the time of purchase in Virtual Payroll.

Products not chosen automatically drop off the ticket but don't disappear. From a paperless workstation, the technician touches one button and everything recommended but not chosen appears from prior visits.

Later, you can view reports in EXCEL that provides an analytical picture of sales and who is recommending and who is not. And at a moment's notice, view the client card's sales history to see the effectiveness of this approach.
