Relevant Reporting

The natural result of tracking information is relevant reports that give you what you need to know when you need it to plan for the future and evaluate today. And because of the VSS Webability, you can do this from any place in the world without having to use anything but a web address. Your staff won't even know you are there.

All VSS reports can be run for today or any range of dates and the reports are segmented for different skill sets including, receptionist, technicians, managers and owners.

Front Desk - VSS has a report system that gives the front desk what they need to account for the money in the drawer, balance and get them home on time. VSS reports by drawer and shift with a salon cumulative for balancing. Out of balance conditions are a snap to find with VSS.

Booking Reports - VSS calendaring reports track the appointments, the technicians and who made the appointment. You can view or print the technician's daily schedule. Audit trails confirm who booked this appointment last Thursday when there is an issue. Today or tomorrow's schedules can be printed or viewed from a PDA or Workstation. A "No Show" report lets you know so you can mark the client's file for next time.
