SCI Support Levels

SCI has 3 levels of support expertise for your every software need.

First Level - Spa/salon experienced Customer Service Representatives can answer 95% of your questions on the operations of the SCI software products. Not only are they trained thoroughly by SCI but they have spa/salon experience using the SCI software products.

Second Level - Every spa/salon has a different method of operation and functionality they require to run their business. The SCI software engine has the ability to let you customize the software to your processes in most cases. Literally thousands of on/off switches can be deployed to customize our software to your environment and that is where second level comes in. They know how to make it work for you in special situations.

Third Level - This is the programming side of the SCI support team. Should a malfunction occur, third level is on top of it to keep you safely up and running at all times. Third level support will also provide quotations for a new feature that you just can't live without. If it's a good idea and you can wait, you may even see it in the next release at no charge. Our software has been built by the industry, one good idea at a time.
