Get the most out of your salon, your people and your software. With the Time Clock and Payroll module, every workstation allows every employee to clock in and out. Each employee has a user ID and password that travels with them from one location to another for multiple stores.
Track productivity
Payroll commissions are also tied to the time clock hours. This feature provides the flexibility of tracking employee productivity and paying employees based on how they are clocked in.
Control pay types and levels
There are up to 20 different pay types such as productive service, training, meetings, vacation, holiday, sick, etc. Each pay type can be tied to a rate of pay.
How does it work? For example, you can clock in under "productive service" at 10AM and clock out and back in under "training" at 12PM and pay at two different rates. Payroll commission has 28 different levels with 9 rates within each level. It has salon deductions for both a dollar amount per item or a % amount per item.
Create flexible deductions
You can also have a salon deduction for an entire ticket in a dollar amount or a percentage. A new feature provides you with a productivity report that produces your number of retail and service guests, amount of service and retail dollars, total hours and a per hour productivity rate based on service dollars divided by service hours. This allows you to establish a productivity rate based on overhead and tie that to payroll commissions. For instance, your rate could be $50.00/hour. Anyone not reaching the per hour productivity rate does not get paid commissions on retail.
