In 1989, Edward Tricomi merged with renowned colorist Joel Warren and business guru Roxanna Pintilie to launch the first Warren-Tricomi Salon fashionably located at 57th Street in New York. He designed the ultimate environment for clients - an eclectic haven that reflects his exotic travels throughout Europe, Morocco and the Far East. With the salon's success as a backdrop and inspiration, Warren-Tricomi salons have since opened at 45 Rockefeller Plaza and in Greenwich, CT. Plans to open in Los Angeles in the fall of 2004 and the Hamptons in spring 2006 are underway.

Edward Tricomi, or affectionately known as Edward Scissorhands has become a world-renowned stylist whose work is constantly gracing the pages of top fashion publications and TV media around the world.
A talented musician, Edward grew up in New York with aspirations of becoming a rock star. Instead, Edward took to the scissors and began cutting at prominent salons around the city where he struck a high chord with the fashion elite. However, it wasn't until famed Vogue editor Polly Mellon took notice of Edward's talent that his notoriety soared to infinite levels. Now a renowned celebrity stylist, Edward has worked on shoots for every major publication around the world including Vogue, French Vogue, and Italian Vogue. He has collaborated with top designers including Yves Saint Laurent, Gianfranco Ferre and Emanuel Ungaro. He has appeared on nearly every national TV show including The View, Good Morning America, Live with Regis & Kelly and more recently Americas Top Model. Furthermore, look out for Edward in an upcoming Hollywood movie production in his first cameo role.
Top fashion designers rely on Edward every season to create original styles for models on the catwalk for New York's fashion week at Bryant Park. Recent designers include Ann Bowen, Venexiana, Lilly Pulitzer, Craig Robinson, Naeem Khan, Anand Jon and Rosa Cha, to name a few.
Joel Warren
Colorist
A native New Yorker, Joel Warren grew up in the capital of fashion and beauty. He began styling hair in his early twenties and while working at several salons, he found color to be his true calling.
As the Color Director, Joel oversees 10 colorists daily and his department opens promptly at 7:00 AM to accommodate a steady stream of high-powered professionals including producers, physicians, musicians, editors, and CEO's. Joel constantly works with top models, socialites and celebrities, such as Ivanka Trump, Jessica Alba, Paulina Porizkova, Rachel Hunter, Amanda Hearst, Kate Beckinsale, Vanessa Haydon, to name a few.
Expanding on his talents in color, Joel and Edward have launched a strengthening system of innovative hair care called Pure Strength, which is a Three-C System of Cleanse, Close and Condition. More recently, Warren-Tricomi expanded on Pure Strength with the Cabana Collection of styling products that have an organic protective shield. All Warren-Tricomi products incorporate a philosophy and dedication to cure and maintain the health of hair.
